I hope no one minds that I joined. There's not a lot of people so it made me happy.
Anyway. Onto the qvestions.
1)How long have you been fat? Well. I am 16 now, and I was pretty much average weight until about eight-ish.
2)What has worked for you in the past to lose weight? Starvation, purging and exercise.
3)What's your biggest problem with dieting/exercise/diet pills? (in other words, why isn't that working for you right now?) I have a few good days, don't lose much and then break my good cycle.
4)Why do you think you are fat? Skinny people don't have this many stretch marks. ;D
5)What is your goal weight? 160-ish. I have no problem being chubby. Hell, i don't want to be a stick. I just don't want to be a size 16.
6)Why are you failing at weight loss? I'm weak?
I've been on a crash diet for just over a week and I've lost 6-10 lbs. (I weigh in the morning and night, and figure my weight is the average of the two. One day it was 226 in the morning but 220 at night, so meh. It's so depressing to wake up and start your day with big flashing letters that say "You're repulisve!") I've been restricting to 800-1000 calories a day, but once I start to lose weight I'll taper that up a bit. I fear I'll screw with my metabolism too much. Eh. I'm not too worried.
I got two cavities filled today so i'm all numbed up and have no desire to eat. :D
